Ask yourself these questions, be honest:

·  Are we growing as a business?

· Are we on target with our 3 or 5 year strategic plan?

· Do we have a strategic plan?

· Do we have a clear vision?

· What is our employment turnover?

· Do our employees know what our core business is?

·  Do you know the strengths and goals of your employees?
